1. What we provide. DailyKairo delivers personalised daily and monthly timing analysis derived from classical Chinese timing frameworks, based on the birth details you supply, via this website, email, and an optional calendar feed. We may later offer optional paid one-to-one consultations.

2. Decision support only. All content is structured timing analysis for planning and decision support. It does not predict outcomes, is not medical, financial, or legal advice, and no result is promised or implied. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Your account. You must provide accurate birth details; readings are computed from them. Sign-in is by email link; keep access to your email secure. One subscription covers one birth profile.

4. Billing. The DailyKairo first-timer offer costs USD $12, charged in full when you subscribe, and provides access for the first 12 months. After those 12 months, the subscription automatically renews at USD $20 per month until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and does not reverse a payment already made. When consultations are made available, they are billed separately by card at the USD price shown before payment. Consultation payments are non-refundable unless DailyKairo determines that the supplied materials are insufficient for a proper reading, or applicable law requires otherwise. Consultation delivery periods begin when the last required information or material is received.

5. Refunds. See the Refund Policy page.

6. Acceptable use. Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute readings; do not attempt to access another person's content or probe the service's security.

7. Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, feed, or email delivery.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
