Refund Policy

Calendar subscriptions. All DailyKairo calendar subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including the USD $12 first-year payment and subsequent USD $20 monthly renewal payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not refund the current paid period.

Consultations, when offered. Consultation payments are charged upfront and are final and non-refundable, except where DailyKairo determines that the information or materials provided are insufficient to complete a proper reading, or where a refund is required by applicable law. We may first request missing items, such as complete individual profile details, a sufficiently detailed floorplan, or its orientation. If the required materials remain insufficient and the reading cannot properly be completed, the consultation payment will be returned to the original payment method. Not booking or attending an included Zoom call does not otherwise create a right to a refund.

Delivery timing. The stated delivery period starts only when DailyKairo has received the last item required for the reading. It does not start at payment if information or materials are still outstanding. The 3-day, 5-day, and 7-day periods shown for live consultations are ordinary delivery times, not guarantees.

After delivery. Readings are personalized digital content, generated for your chart on purchase. Delivery or use of the readings does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

Wrong birth details. Within 48 hours of first purchase you can correct your date or time of birth from your account page and your readings regenerate automatically at no charge. After that, contact support — we will always fix genuine errors; we just handle them by hand.

Something broken? If a month never arrived, the feed stopped serving, or sign-in was impossible, contact support@dailykairo.com so we can restore the service. This does not change the non-refundable policy except where the law requires otherwise.

Required refunds. Where applicable law requires a refund, it will return to the original payment method through Stripe.
